Since 1982 Rudy has been a national and international employee benefits specialist and during his career he has worked not only in Europe but also in South Africa, Brazil and Mexico for companies such as Allianz, All Net and most recently AEGON N.V.

​In Germany he has specialized in managing the implementation of new E.B. plans as well as the restructuring of existing plans.

Rudy has a Master’s degree in Economics and a Diploma in Business administration, is married to Angelika and they have one
