Lesley studied in Aberdeen prior to teaching in the UK and overseas.

​She joined the Prudential Assurance Company Ltd in 1986 to help coordinate their links with the teachers Superannuation Scheme.

​In 1996 Lesley and Janet Jenkinson left the Prudential to set up Junos Ltd, an independent financial advisory company specialising in the international schools market.

​Junos was acquired by ABG in 2007 and Lesley remained with the business as Associate Director of ABG's new International Schools Division where she still travels extensively, working with a wide range of schools throughout Africa, South East Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe and now our expanding NGO client base in North America.

​Lesley was appointed Client Services Director in early 2017.
